Job Requirements/Description

I am working alongside my client as they have a number of Senior Level opportunities for GMC Registered, Board Certified Pathologists, as they build out their dynamic team.

Among these is a superb opening for an Anatomic Pathologist

These are extremely attractive positions that will not only advance, but truly enhance your career as a Pathologist.

The pathologists work on behalf of various sponsor requests and studies, supporting clinical trials from phase I-III. This includes routine procedures to more highly specialized techniques, including tissue fixation, processing, sectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and, and image analysis.

They perform testing of clinical samples, microscopic analyses of laboratory assays and monitor digitisation of slides, correlating clinical information with pathology findings, interpreting and reporting for sponsor and/or clinical site action.

My client is a hugely successful subsidiary of a leading global Clinical Research and Advanced Analytics Organisation, dedicated to driving innovation in healthcare. With their strong portfolio of clinical trials and a commitment to work-life balance, this is an exceptional opportunity with a company that values its employees.

You will need 7-10 years of prior relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Plus a proficiency Proficient in routine histopathology testing, immunohistochemistry, cytogenetics (In-situ hybridization) testing procedures and the applicable laboratory testing regulations.

These roles are based in Lab (4-5 days a week), in Scotland (Relocation can be supported)

My client would also consider part time.
