Centreless Grinder Team Leader

NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Centreless Grinder Team Leader to join a well established CNC manufacturer located in Taunton.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centreless Grinding Cell Leader at Coker Engineering Ltd. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the centreless grinding section, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency in the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training Setters & Operators working in the section.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in Centreless Grinding operations
• Experience working to geometric tolerances of less than 2 microns
• Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Familiarity with air gauging, Talyrond, comparators, & micrometers
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
