THE COMPANY

Harnham is working with a leading data, insights, and consulting company, that aim to understand how people, shop, share, think and vote. They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG and Tech industries. They are looking for a Insight Manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their branding needs.

THE ROLE

As an Insight Manager you will be responsible for the following;

• You will demonstrate a passion for brands and comms alongside an ability to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills

• You will lead various client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout and be responsible for the budget and cost control of the project

• You will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a cando attitude and a positive approach to your work

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

• Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within brand

• Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.

• Brand tracking and brand communications experience

• Ideally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.

• Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experience • Some experience having mentored or trained more junior members of a team

• Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients
