My client is a highly regarded boutique Investment Manager currently searching for an experienced operations candidate who would be responsible for a wide range of duties including trade support, reconciliations, rebates, NAV calculations, elements of compliance & mentoring more junior colleagues.


This role would suit someone with a 7 to 12 years' experience of working within a similar sized asset manager.


This is a very interesting role which would allow the post-holder to work for a genuinely exciting boutique investment manager that has seen exceptional performance, and therefore significant growth, since launch.


Applicants should have experience of working with Equity investment strategies.


Duties will be diverse and the successful applicant will have plenty of interaction with the investment group. The role requires good Excel skills as well as a good understanding of NAV calculations. If you have experience of VBA it would be helpful.


It would suit someone who likes to work independently in a dynamic environment and is hungry to develop their skills.


Having said that, we would ask that you only apply if you have a minimum of 7 years' experience in operations for an asset manager, hedge fund or custodian in London as we need someone who can hit the ground running.


This role would suit someone who is outgoing and enjoys working in a collegiate environment.
