The project:
A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.
The role:
Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Designing, installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical components and issues
- Working with different tools, equipment, and safety regulations
- Documenting and reporting repairs and modifications
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, clients, and other electricians
About you:
- Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
- Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
