Job Overview:
Critical to the growth of our entire business will be the development of our understanding of customer behaviour/data and using this insight to enhance our client journey. We have implemented a new customer data platform and intend to fully integrate it with our new website, till system, and ERP to achieve best-in-class clientelling and a seamless customer experience.
We possess a significant customer database with a rich history of data. Our goal is to deepen our understanding of our clients and to develop and implement automated journeys, as well as event- and campaign-based programmes, to drive revenue across the business.
The Customer Analyst will be an integral part of our expanding digital team, supporting our broader commercial team. The primary function of this role is to support, help develop, and implement the growth strategy of the business.
We are seeking an individual who can operate at both strategic and detailed/operational levels, considering all aspects of the customer journey. This person must be capable of implementing the necessary technology, understanding integrations, and managing processes, training, and activities required to deliver exceptional results.
