Electrical Reactive Contracts Manager

Our client is a growing and successful company in the FM sector, specialising in mechanical, electrical, and building services for the commercial and leisure industries.

They are currently seeking an Electrical Reactive Contracts Manager to cover their Yorkshire based FM contracts, overseeing day-to-day operations.

• Predominantly Office based but occasional travel across the UK to sites and to meet clients.
• Salary - 30,000 - 40,000.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of reactive works alongside a team of contracts managers.
• Oversee onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure client KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Report to the client and Account Manager, leading the facilities team to drive innovation, cost savings, and uphold the highest standards of service and compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Electrical Qualification at or equivalent to: City & Guilds BS7671:th Edition.
• ECS (Desired Not Essential).
• SMSTS (Desired Not Essential).
• SSSTS (Desired Not Essential).
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
• Electrical: 5 years (preferred).
