Debt Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Debt Analyst has arisen with a financial services organisation in Bristol. The organisation are offering this role on a 6-month FTC, with the potential to go permanent. Salary for the role is 27,000 p/a. This is a fully remote role. Duties of the role include:

• High volume of internal and external emails chasing debt whilst providing excellent customer service
• Frequent liaison with other teams within the finance department
• Seek collections which ensure cash collection targets are met to reduce ageing

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in collections
• Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a changing workload
• Able to work on own initiative
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel - Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
