Do you love making deals, driving e-commerce, and working with big-name grocery accounts? We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior National Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to own key customer relationships and lead sales initiatives with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of an exciting e-commerce portfolio and work alongside a Senior National Account Manager to manage national accounts. Your main tasks include:
- Building strong relationships with key customers and ensuring we hit UK net sales targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute innovative online sales strategies that align with in-store and overall brand vision.
- Becoming an expert in e-commerce and unlocking commercial opportunities to drive incremental sales across major grocery accounts and our own online platforms.
- Supporting customer-focused initiatives, developing joint business plans (JBP), and leading top-notch online promotional plans.
- Monitoring and reporting sales performance, identifying ways to optimise trade spend, and forecasting customer needs.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing accounts, ideally with a focus on e-commerce / online.
- A passion for delivering innovative sales solutions and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong commercial and numeracy skills, as well as a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Maidenhead (2 x days office / 3 x days home)
