Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the children.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the children's active participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

Monitor and assess the child's progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Experience working with children
? Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and resources for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with the class teacher, parents, and external professionals.
? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering every child to succeed.
