Fire Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Contracts Manger to join a market leading contractor covering projects across the Midlands and North. In return you will receive, 4,800 car allowance, fuel card and progression opportunities.

The successful Fire Contracts Manager will be passionate about fire protection, and be a driven and performance orientated manager to help motivate their team and manage contracts from inception to completion.

Fire Contracts Manager main duties:

• Managing and delivering the passive fire contracts including fire doors and fire stopping projects for a range of clients
• Liaising with the estimating team, ensuring they have the correct information and sent off to the client in line with deadlines
• Conducting site visits and completing audits to ensure all KPIs for the projects are being met
• Managing multiple contracts from start to finish, managing budgets and identifying saving opportunities

Fire Contracts Manager qualifications/experience:

• Must have prior experience managing fire contracts
• Ideally you will come from a fire door or stopping background
• Must be ambitious with a proven track record of prior achievements
• Have up to date and relevant knowledge of passive fire legislation
