Location: Office based Yorkshire and visiting sites nationwide.

Duties & responsibilities:
Managing contracts
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Managing health & safety on site
Completing valuations
The successful candidate will need to have strong project management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

The projects are within the retail & hospitality sector, so the candidate must have experience working within live environments and on fast track projects.

Job Values range from: 200K- 5M

Requirements for the role:
3+ years at Project Manager level
Fast track fit out experience within the retail & leisure sector
Experience working within a live environment
Based in Yorkshire or the North West
