Residential Associate

The Firm:

• Based in Marylebone, leading West-End firm.
• Multi-service firm, with a fantastic residential practice.

The Role:

• Seeking an associate or senior associate to join their residential practice.
• You`d be working on high value transactions with HNWI.
• Deals with real estate transactions of any complexity up to £50 million in value, also covering residential development.

Requirements & Candidates:

• 6+ PQE.
• England & Wales Qualified.
• Experience in New Build, and acting for HNW Clients.
• Transferable experience gained in a city, national or regional practice.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Market rate salary.
• 25 days holiday
• 2 Days WFH.
