A long established Property company in North West London are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with a Property background to join the team. This is a varied role providing 1:1 support to a busy Director with a wide-reaching property portfolio.


We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, possess strong IT skills, with demonstrable experience of working in the Property industry.

Duties will include;

• PA support to Director

• Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings

• Inbox management

• Project support; conducting research and putting together information packs for meetings

• Devising and maintaining office systems

• Producing tenancy contracts

• Liaison with tenants and suppliers

• Efficient and timely checking and processing of paperwork

• Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
