The Sales and Marketing Director will lead our Sales and Marketing teams across the businesses and will establish and oversee the delivery of our growth plans. The role would best suit someone who has significant experience in growing organisations, optimising pipeline acquisition and conversion, and delivering cost effective and innovative marketing campaigns to acquire new customers in both a B2B and B2C environment. Experience in real estate, hospitality or short-term rentals is an additional benefit.

As a scale-up business you will also have a key role to play as a team member in helping us develop our brand, communicate our offerings to our customer segments and drive leads that convert into new business.
You must enjoy interacting with customers and partners, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be able to multi-task. You will often be the face (digitally, written, and in person) of the company and must be comfortable and confident this role.
