Role: Senior Product Manager

Location: High Wycombe

Hybrid/Remote: 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + up to 20% bonus

A leading innovator in environmental sustainability is on a journey of digital transformation and are currently building up their Product team to develop innovative solutions that will take the business to the next level!

They are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Product Manager to join their team, and take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple business capabilities and areas. You'll also manage a team of BA's and eventually Product Managers.

?? Who are they looking for?

• Experience as a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager
• Experience building business cases, owning product strategy and product performance
• A commercial mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills
