Cybersecurity Implementation Manager
Hybrid – Rugby + travel
Up to £75,000 per annum + Car allowance & Bonus
JNC are working with a nationally recognised organisation in Rugby that are looking to bring on an experienced cyber security professional with strong experience in the support and management of IT security controls and implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and onboard new leading-edge technology to the Group, safely and securely
- Support the Head of Information Security and liaise between the Senior Stakeholders, IT departments and the Security team.
- Facilitate work between the Operations, Engineering and GRC teams
- Act as a Security Business Partner to deliver strategy, design and solutions to the Group
- Manage the Groups digital twin’s service and documentation
- Ensure all technical designs and risk assessments are in place
- Improve technical and procedural control sets
- Manage projects for new products, processes and services
- Maintain security policies and frameworks
- Create reports for service owners on Audits, Scans and Pen Tests
- Act as an escalation point for problem tickets and coordinate their resolution
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in information security & cyber security
- Experience with both the technical and business side of information security
- Experienced in cybersecurity project management
- Management of and liaising with Stakeholders, partners, third parties and the wider business teams
- Strong knowledge of security threats, controls, processes and solutions
- Security Operations e.g. threat hunting, vulnerability monitoring, risk, remediation
- Security tooling, Microsoft technologies and products
- ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST CSF, PCI DSS and other security frameworks
- Security training, certification and qualifications
- Must have a Driving Licence
- Able to gain Security Clearance
