Workplace Sales Director - London Showroom - National role

We are looking to restructure our Workplace division to meet the needs of the continually evolving workplace market. The current Sales Director is retiring and the company is seeking to appoint a new Sales Director to lead the restructuring of the Workplace Division.

Reports to: President E.M.E.A.
Main responsibilities:
- Build a Workplace Sales Team.
- Develop a sales and go to market strategy.
- Contribute as part of the Leadership Team.
- Identify and develop new key dealer channels.
- Manage the performance of the Sales Team.
- Lead the Tender Bid Teams on major project opportunities.
- Support the Operations Teams.
- Grow the brand within the A&D sector.
- Identify new market trends.
- Provide sales reports as a part of formal board reports.
Person Specification:
Applications from any sales man manager in B-B sales into resellers. (retail or dealers)
- Proven, successful sales record, ideally within the furniture industry.
- Experience in managing, mentoring and motivating a sales team at a senior level.
- Experience in producing sales forecasts, including the agreement and setting of team and personal sales goals.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence.
- Strong commercial outlook, a natural leader.
Package:
- £80,000 - £120,000 DOE
