We’re looking for Receptionists, or 'Client Advisors' in Ten talk, to join our Front of House team.
Ten Health and Fitness is a leading operator within the Boutique Fitness and Wellness sector, offering a unique and integrated mix of Dynamic Reformer Pilates, Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Clinical Exercise therapy across 10 London sites - and online! About the role:
The Client Advisor is the first point of contact for our visitors. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, enhancing the client experience, monitoring studio standards and supporting the whole studio team.
Our ideal applicant is proactive, organised, enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness.
What you’ll do:
- Ensuring the best possible experience for each client, greeting & offering assistance wherever possible
- Respond to client queries in person, over the phone and via email
- Being fully aware of the day’s schedule and appointments, managing clear communication across the studio team
- Promoting our various services and Circle of Care
- Encouraging clients to purchase block bookings, retail or physio products
- Maintaining studio standards, re-stocking and supporting administration
What you'll bring:
- Confident delivering premium customer service; face-to-face, over the phone or by email
- Experience working in lifestyle or fitness is a plus
- Practical experience managing bookings and reservations
- Knowledge of Mind Body Online is highly desirable
