Production Operative

You will ideally have some experience of Production or Warehouse or order fulfillment. I am currently looking for three Operatives and there are two different types of roles.

Production Operative role 1

This role is slightly different to usual Production roles, and you may not even of worked in Production previously, as involves using various desktop printers, guillotines, there is some really fiddley work, which will require focus and concentration and could be suited to someone who has a hobby with arts and crafts and excellent attention to detail.

Production Operative role 2

This is a more traditional Prodcution Operative role, where you will need to have Production experience. You will be operating laser cutting machines, it is desirable that you would of operated similar machinery, but you should at least be able to show you have operated machinery of some discription.

You will have good communication and organisation abilities and have high levels of integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail and quality will be important to you. You enjoy being involved in a dynamic environment and focus on continuous improvement.

You pride yourself on high standards and enjoy building relationships with other members of the teams.

You are a team player and happy to support other members of your team.
