I’m looking for a real personality to join an agency who cover a number of sectors, including manufacturing, logistics and IT. They pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help add real value to their business.

You can come in and operate either a perm or temp desk, based on your preference and what suits your skill set best.

You’ll need to bring with you a demonstrable solid billing history, three times your base salary is considered the standard, and a background in winning new business. Added to that a friendly, confident and professional demeanour and your quids in.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary of between £26,000 and £35,000 (DOE), maybe even more for the right person, along with a very beneficial commission scheme. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line. This is an on site role, so you must be commutable to the office.
