This US law firm is in growth mode and is currently seeking a senior level corporate associate or Counsel to join its London office.

The wide-ranging expertise of this strong corporate practice includes M&A (both public & private), private equity, venture capital and ECM.. With particular experience advising on deals in the energy and technology sectors, the team have recently made several high profile partner hires within this space.

This would be an attractive opportunity for a senior associate looking for a step up to Counsel level, with good partnership prospects in the medium term as the practice continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified and have gained good experience of cross-border M&A from a reputable corporate practice.
