Key Responsibilities:

1. Licensing and Accreditation:

- Guide KDC through the process of obtaining the necessary licenses to operate in the UK.

- Work with other KDC team members to prepare and submit all required documentation to the UK Department for Education and other relevant authorities.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

- Advise on the legal and regulatory requirements specific to online higher education in the UK.

- Develop a compliance strategy to ensure KDC meets ongoing regulatory obligations.

- Engage with UK regulatory bodies on behalf of KDC to address any issues or questions that arise during the application process.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Facilitate communications with UK educational bodies, accrediting agencies, and other stakeholders.
