Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a understanding of Mechanical processes. To oversee all electrical systems for a high-rise residential apartment project. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and extensive experience managing electrical works on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate electrical installations, ensuring alignment with design specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
• Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• Procurement: Manage procurement of electrical materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource use.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the on-site electrical team, including subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure all electrical work meets required standards and specifications.
• Reporting: Maintain site documentation and provide regular updates on progress, finances, and risks to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimumum 3 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in high-rise residential or large commercial developments.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire safety).
• Health and safety certifications such as SMSTS,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
