Interim Head of Legal (12 months) - Commercial/Tech

Our client is one of the worlds leading asset managers, with a large global legal team.

The role is to cover for the Head of Legal for their commercial division, reporting directly into the EMEA GC in London. You will be managing three other lawyers (3-8 PQE). As a result we are seeking candidates with 10+ PQE, and a depth of expertise in:

• material outsourcing agreements;
• IT service provider contracts
• market data agreements;
• master services agreements;
• engagement letters (including tax/professional services)
