Our client offers first & second charge bridging loans secured against residential, semi-commercial & commercial properties, offering short-term lending from £150k & £15m.

• From £75k plus - depending on evidenced sales per annum

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business through all channels, zoom, face-to-face, telephone, networking
• Will have strong bridging knowledge, matching product against the company's lender criteria
• Promote all bridging products against residential & semi-commercial & commercial properties
• Hit set yearly targets
• Research the market, identifying new business opportunities
• Stay property-focused and aware of changes in the market
• Point of contact for brokers, intermediaries, and the wider team
• Work closely with underwriters, and case managers to ensure smooth & efficient drawdowns
• Attend regular meetings
