Series A - HealthTech

£50k - £60k

Fully remote


I am collaborating with a VC backed, Series A, HealthTech business who since launching in 2022, have continued to grow month on month, and looking to double headcount by the end of the year.


This is brand new hire and will report directly into the Head of People/newly appointment Head of Talent as well as working alongside one other Talent Partner.


In this role, you will play a crucial part in building our exceptional team of individuals who are passionate about our mission. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across the organization, contributing to our unique and collaborative culture.


The Talent Partner will:

  • Engage with talent from diverse backgrounds, build genuine and empathetic connections.
  • Build a strong network via own channels as well as AI to create a community and pool of top talent across Tech and Engineering.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Develop screening processes that go beyond traditional metrics, focusing on values, authenticity, and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance on the hiring process, including market trends and candidate expectations.



The Talent Partner skills and experience:

  • Have experience working in a scaling, start-up business or a VC/PE firm.
  • Proven experience in hiring niche or hard to find roles (experience in Tech, Data, Engineering or Product is essential).
  • Degree educated.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment.
  • A passion for the product and going above and beyond.
  • Experience collaborating with universities for hiring or conducting hackathons.
