Operational Risk and Resilience Manager

Lutine Bell are supporting a market leader in the Pension industry.

They are currently seeking a Operational Risk and Resilience Manager to join the team to be responsible and support of the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity programme, including identifying emerging risks.

• Experience in RCSA check-ins with business stakeholders, and challenging on risk positions.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Business Continuity/Operational Resilience.
• Knowledge and experience of risk and controls.
• Good knowledge of general tools.
• Coordinate risk reporting.
• Support the business and suppliers in completion of due diligence requests - involving the liaison and coordination with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
