About The Role

Based at our Shoreham-by-Sea vehicle storage site, you will be responsible for the day to day yard management of the site including unloading and loading vehicles many of which are accident damaged and then parking them within the site in a safe and efficient manner.

The role involves working with customers, our drivers and other automotive Companies who collect and drop off vehicles to our site.

Every day is different and we will teach you the skills you where you need to improve.

• Keeping the offices, yard, workshops and inspection bays clean, tidy and debris free

• Carrying out inventory inspection of Company vehicles and premises.

• Assisting workshop technicians as required.

• Cleaning and minor refurbishment work to Company vehicles including fleet vehicles and courtesy cars.

• Parking vehicles on site and cataloguing possessions where required

• Assisting drivers with loading and unloading on site

• General site maintenance

About You

• An enthusiastic hands on person, happy to work outside in all weathers.
• Great with customers and colleagues alike
• Confident to give instruction to others when required
• Able to multi task in a busy high pressure environment
• Great eye for detail and a desire to improve things on a daily basis.
• Basic IT skills.
• Fork lift licence holder preferred but not essential
• Driving licence held for a minimum of three years
• Ability to pass a DBS record check.

The job is Monday to Friday 07:30-17:30
