The important work you will be doing:
- Overseeing and managing Case Administrators
- Attending meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Collaborating closely with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies, ensuring case progression
- Delegating tasks as needed
- Supporting business development through participation in networking events
- Working with the team to optimise processes and improve efficiency
- Engaging in training and professional development activities
- Upholding ethical and transparent conduct in all actions and communications
- Reviewing and preparing documentation in line with statutory requirements
- Conducting site visits and handling related matters
- Ensuring timely and compliant case progress
- Reviewing and improving case work prepared by Case Administrators
- Handling cases involving assets or complex matters
- Supporting Case Administrators with workload management and case progression
- Assisting Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters
- Providing training and support to Case Administrators
