Job Requirements/Description

This is a key position that will play a central role in the aircraft trading team of a leading global aircraft leasing company. The Aircraft Trading Associate will be the administrative lead on all aviation trading tasks, projects and reports. The successful candidate will gain significant exposure to a high volume of aircraft trading transactions in a world class team of aviation professionals.


Responsibilities


  • Gather and present market intelligence by collating, organising and improving aircraft trading related market information
  • Act as the internal project lead on aircraft sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams on aircraft lease summaries, technical specifications and financial models to ensure deadlines are met
  • Primary internal interface to ensure data is appropriately captured and reported
  • Commercial support on campaign Q&As & LOIs
  • Complete and publish weekly and quarterly portfolio and trading reports
  • Provide and maintain internal and external commercial presentations
  • Oversee process to ensure any required NDAs are current
  • Administrative lead for internal calls, collating relevant materials and agenda in advance


Required skills and experience


  • Degree level qualification with relevant previous experience in aviation
  • Experience with lease administration software and PowerBI
  • Demonstrable project management skills and experience
  • Comfortable with administrative work
  • High level of attention to detail and self-motivation
  • High competence with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage high-priority projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with flexible attitude.
  • Internationally oriented with deep understanding of a variety of cultures


This position is based in London and authorisation to work in the UK is required
