Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

Position: Assistant Site Manager New Build Residential Houghton Regis

Location: Houghton Regis - Bedfordshire

Salary: To £48,000 + Package + Quarterly Bonus

Client Overview: We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a recognised Leading developer. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality project on time and budget and their sites frequently win NHBC and design awards.

Project: Our client are currently building a large new build development of 300 timber framed houses in Houghton Regus for which they seek 2 x Assistant Site Managers. They are currently entering the internal stages.

This is a technically challenging project of bespoke units.

The successful individual will report to the Site Manager on site. You will be expected to push the fit out sub contractors to a successful delivery and have previous experience on new build residential projects, either with either a main contractor or developer.

Individual: The successful candidate will need to have experience on residential projects of a similar size & be strong on internals, NHBC standards, programming and driving the project.

Previous experience on new build residential projects is essential.
