About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with a deep understanding of the fashion industry. This individual will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring that their designs come to life with precision, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the key link between the design team, suppliers, and factories, ensuring quality is never compromised and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product life cycle from development to production, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
- Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring our garments meet high standards.
- Monitor production costs and negotiate pricing to optimise budget efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Track inventory levels and production timelines to meet demand and avoid delays.
- Continuously refine production processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the production team, driving performance and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
