Description

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times.
• Monitor and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Organise staff training and development.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in standard logistics software.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
