Mental Health Support Worker

Bleep360 is one of the leading healthcare agencies in the UK. We have now secured more contracts in Exeter and are now in need of more local experienced Mental Health Support Workers.

We believe Mental Health Support Workers play a vital role in ensuring that hospitals, receive their usual levels of care and assistance, whilst following all guidelines to help prevent the spread of infection.

We have flexible work available ranging from Early shifts, Long days and Nights.

Job title: Healthcare Assistant

Location: Exeter

Rate of pay: Between £14.60 and £21 per hour

The role of a Healthcare Assistant:

• Helping with light domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
• Providing assistance on living issues such as budgeting, shopping, letter writing and benefits.
• Monitoring the health of clients by regularly checking temperatures, pulses and weights.
• Being a source of emotional support for clients, by listening to and discussing their worries, problems and concerns.

The requirements of a Healthcare Assistant:

• You will have at least 6 months recent healthcare experience in the UK.
• You will have a current DBS on the update service, or we will apply for one on your behalf.
• You will provide the highest standards of care at all times.
