Site Manager

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager to work for our reputable client on a flagship high rise project in Manchester.

Ideal Site Manager Candidate:

• Background working on multi-occupancy builds would be beneficial.
• Previous experience managing internal trade pacakges would be advantageous.
• HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate

Duties for Site Manager role will include:

• Coordinate trades, labour on the internals of the project.
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the programme.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.
• Short term programme changes.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
