Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a public sector organisation to recruit for a temporary- permanent Groundworker to work across void and tenanted properties.

Responsibilities of the Groundworker includes:

• Working on social housing properties completing all aspects of groundwork including paving, fencing, slabbing and bricklaying
• Completing secondary work where required
• Utilising a PDA
• Measuring and inspecting repairs, and ordering appropriate materials
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Maintaining van stock

Essential criteria of the Groundworker includes:

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK Driving License
