Opticians Receptionist - Role

• Responsible for all patient communications and ensuring smooth running of the practice
• Modern setup following recent refurbishment
• Advanced equipment across the practice
• Primary focus on patient care and experience
• Known for offering an amazing range of products
• No Sundays, bank holidays or late finishes

Opticians Receptionist - Requirements

• Experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
• Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practice
• Ability to learn and want to develop

Opticians Receptionist - Salary

• Base salary up to 24,000
• Range of additional benefits
