The Role

As a member of the formulations team, you will design and execute experiments to develop nanoparticle formulations for drug delivery, with a strong emphasis on nucleic acid encapsulation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse complex data, and contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimise nanoparticle formulations for nucleic acid delivery.
• Collaborate with biology, bioinformatics, and chemistry teams.
• Analyse and present data using advanced statistical and visualisation tools.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Nanomedicine, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field with a 2+ years industry experience, or a Masters with 4+ years relevant industry experience.
• Strong experience in nucleic acid drug delivery and nanoparticle formulation.
• Proficiency in techniques such as nanoparticle tracking analysis, dynamic light scattering, and microfluidics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in genetic material encapsulation.
• Knowledge of polymer chemistry and related formulation processes.
