Role Overview and Features: The eCommerce Optimisation Manager will find growth opportunities, optimise the website's customer journey, and increase revenue by following CRO and UX best practices. You'll handle day-to-day website operations, ensure effective product merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.


The eCommerce Optimisation Manager will:

  • Monitor and analyse user behaviour using GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, enhance performance, and report on core metrics.
  • Support the rollout of the eCommerce development and CRO optimisation roadmap.
  • Manage the website through Shopify, update products, content, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with the Brand Manager to maintain a data-driven trading and campaign calendar.


Essential Skills:

  • Proven eCommerce experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem and web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar).
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key trends and insights.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a customer-first approach.
