Benefits Service Delivery Analyst
6 - 12-month Contract - potential for extension or permanency

Tasks and responsibilities
- Support benefits delivery for employees in France, including enrolment, reconciliation of vendor invoices and lists, and handling cancellations.
Serve as the first point of escalation for individual issues and queries, working with vendors and other HR teams, such as HR Generalists, Payroll, and Service Delivery.
Governance: Update and maintain Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (enrolment, claims, controls, etc.), and assist in governance processes.
Communications: Draft and prepare employee communications regarding benefits delivery.
Support France Benefits projects by collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Consultant to design service delivery aspects of new or updated benefit plans and propose process improvements.
Key Skills
- Experience in a similar role, supporting benefits within the financial services sector.
Worked closely with vendors to manage reconciliation, invoices, cancellations, and other benefits-related tasks.
Supported benefits delivery to employees in France.
Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
Hands-on and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficient in Excel.
