We are looking for a passionate and professional Boxing Coache to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Boxing Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in boxing or fitness coaching and the ability to engage clients in dynamic and challenging training sessions. You will be responsible for delivering sessions, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring that each client has an exceptional experience at our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality boxing and fitness coaching sessions to individual clients and groups.
• Develop tailored training programs that meet the fitness goals and abilities of each client.
• Provide motivation, guidance, and encouragement to help clients improve their performance.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanour while ensuring a safe training environment.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust workouts as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the gym's team to uphold the gym’s high standards and philosophy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boxing Coach or Personal Trainer with a background in boxing or sports.
• Certification in personal training or boxing instruction (preferred but not required based on experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
• Ability to create and adapt fitness programs tailored to different skill levels.
• A professional, positive attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
