Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small BIM team, with plans to expand the department in the near future.
- Oversee the successful delivery of BIM for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the business, driving innovation and ensuring best practices in BIM.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, manage project workflows, and provide strategic direction for BIM integration across the business.
- Act as the key point of contact for BIM-related issues, ensuring compliance with UK industry standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive BIM experience, with a focus on MEP systems, ideally within a large consultancy environment.
- A strong track record of project delivery in the UK, with a deep understanding of UK standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
