TH Recruit is collaborating exclsuively with a distinguished Strategic Land Promoter, in search of a dynamic and motivated land professional. This exciting opportunity welcomes candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in a land acquisition role with a house builder or land promoter. Assistant or Graduate Land professionals looking for a career advancement will also be considered, with the role offering robust support and development.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field (house builder, land promoter).

Motivated and proactive individual with a keen interest in land and planning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage sites from initial identification of land to its acquisition and beyond.

Be responsible for managing the Strategic Land portfolio across the patch.

Lead on the submission and negotiation of planning applications.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic land initiatives.

Engage in development appraisals and contribute to the assessment of potential opportunities.

Contribute to the growth and success of the Strategic Land Promoter.

Package:

Competitive salary circa (up to £40,000), commensurate with experience.
