We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Manager with experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to oversee our food production team. You will lead, optimise, and enhance operations, ensuring top-quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and coach your team to uphold high standards in food production. Provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. Identify and implement enhancements to boost quality, reduce costs, and optimize workflows.
- Production Management: Meet production targets focusing on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), accuracy, waste control, and labor efficiency.
- Quality and Compliance: Adhere to Quality Management Systems and food safety standards, maintaining high hygiene audit scores.
Essential Qualifications:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a food production team with integrity and high performance standards.
- Lean Manufacturing: Experience in applying Lean principles to enhance production processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Track record of successful Continuous Improvement initiatives.
