They provide cutting-edge AI-driven solutions designed to empower Mid-Market and Enterprise clients with innovative tools for optimizing performance and driving growth. The Role:

As a German Speaking Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s footprint across the DACH region. You’ll be responsible for driving new business within the Mid-Market and Enterprise sector, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering the value of AI-powered solutions tailored to the needs of small and medium enterprises. This is a unique opportunity to join a company in its exciting growth phase, where your efforts directly impact business success and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the DACH region.
  • Conduct high-level product presentations and demos, showcasing the value of our client’s AI SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning in the region.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market, with experience selling into Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, remote team.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation software.
