Sales Advisor (eCommerce)

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 27,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

My client based in Liverpool is on the lookout for a Sales Advisor with an eCommerce background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat.
• Provide accurate sales quotations, stock information, and product advice promptly.
• Manage the entire customer journey, collaborating with suppliers to offer updates and solutions.
• Proactively follow up on inquiries and quotations, addressing customer concerns by coordinating with suppliers.
• Efficiently process a high volume of orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge across a wide product range under the Trade Gear brand.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills, maintaining accurate records in our booking system.
• A calm, problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.

Bonus Skills:

• A passion for helping customers and finding effective solutions.
• Previous experience in phone or online-based sales or customer service.
• Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and think critically when faced with challenges.
• Willingness to ask for assistance when needed.
