Role Overview:

ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Telford. This full-time position starts as soon as possible, and involves working closely with primary-aged students who have moderate learning needs, providing tailored support to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one and small group support to students within the classroom.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters positive relationships with students.
• Commit to a long-term, full-time role beginning in October 2024.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Previous experience supporting children or young people with moderate educational needs.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with students.
• Ability to provide appropriate references and pass a DBS check.
