Trainer - Wholesale & Concessions

We have an exciting opportunity in our London Team to join PAIGE as a Trainer. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing sales in our brand & partner’s retail stores (wholesale) by keeping a strong and detailed approach on product knowledge and feedback between partners and sales.

This role will also be responsible for designing and executing training programmes, determining training needs for brand and partner retail teams, supporting with onboarding brand training sessions for new hires, and analysing sales & selling data.

Who we are looking for:

As a Trainer, you will need a strong organisational background, good knowledge of all PAIGE products and a proven track record of excellent relationship building and maintenance with internal teams, managers and our partners. It is important to be an advocate of the brand and have strong commercial awareness, as well as being able to adapt to multiple settings and having strong business acumen.

Ideally, you will have experience of training teams within a retail environment, preferably with the apparel/denim sector, as well as having a good understanding of department stores wholesale. In addition, you will understand the fashion retail market, keep up to date with key market trends, have strong retail operational knowledge, analytical and organisational skills.
