Site Manager (Internals)

Position: Internals Site Manager

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Start: ASAP

We are looking for an Internals Site Manager to work for a developer on large residential scheme in Gravesend consisting of 300 units.

You will be responsible for managing internals of a core block from 1st fix until handover. The job is made up of new build RC frame traditional build flats.

Duties include:

• Managing the day to day running of the site (Mainly the Internal / Fit out elements of the project )
• Manage and implement health & safety procedures
• Motivate, support and manage directly employed staff
• Deliver all aspects of production in accordance with technical and planning documentation
• Fully conform to building regulations
• Ensure that adequate site records are maintained
• Thoroughly inspect and ensure any remedial work is completed in advance of key stage inspections

Suitable candidates must have experience of working for a Main Contractor / Developers in the past and have specialised on the internal / fit out elements of construction projects.

Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
